Great Games Going Cheap Right Now: June 2026 Picks

A handful of genuinely brilliant PC games are sitting at some of their lowest prices right now, and a few of them are too good to ignore.

Right, a few deals caught my eye this week that are actually worth your time. Not filler shovelware, proper games. Some of these I've sunk hundreds of hours into, some I've been meaning to replay, and one I think is genuinely underrated. Here's what I'd grab and why.

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the cheapest it's been

Yes, the launch was a disaster. We all remember. But this is a fundamentally different game now, and if you still haven't played the post-2.0 version then you're missing out on one of the best open world RPGs on PC. The Phantom Liberty expansion sorted out the main story's pacing issues too. It's going cheap right now via HRKGame, which is a grey-market key site, so worth knowing before you buy. The keys work fine in my experience but it's not an authorised retailer, so make your own call on that.

Monster Hunter Wilds already on sale

This one surprised me. Wilds only came out earlier this year and it's already well below its usual price over at Green Man Gaming, which is a fully authorised store. If you bounced off World or Rise because of the slow start, Wilds hooks you much faster. The seamless open zones are brilliant and the monster variety is the best the series has had. Grab it now if you've been sitting on the fence.

Lies of P deserves more attention than it got

Soulslike fatigue is real, I get it. But Lies of P is genuinely one of the better entries in the genre from recent years. The Pinocchio setting sounds daft on paper and works brilliantly in practice. Combat feels weighty, the parry system is satisfying once it clicks, and the world design is properly atmospheric. Currently on sale at HRKGame and well worth picking up at a fraction of what it cost at launch.

Strategy fans are eating well this week

Two big ones here. Total War: WARHAMMER III is currently going cheap at HRKGame, and with all the post-launch patches it's in a much better state than it was at release. The faction variety is absurd and if you like big chaotic battles with demons and dragons, this is your game. Pair that with Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition, also on sale, and you've got enough to keep you busy for months. AoE IV took a while to find its feet but the Anniversary Edition bundles in a solid chunk of content and it's a genuinely good RTS now.

No Man's Sky is still getting updates and still going for a song

Another one with a rough launch that turned into something special. Hello Games have kept updating this for years and it's a completely different product to what shipped in 2016. If you want a chill explore-and-build experience with mates, it's hard to beat at this price. Available discounted at HRKGame right now.

Final take

My personal picks from this lot would be Cyberpunk 2077 if you haven't done the 2.0 playthrough yet, Monster Hunter Wilds if you want something fresh, and Lies of P if you want a challenge. The strategy double of Total War Warhammer III and AoE IV is also a cracking combo if that's your thing. Just keep in mind which are grey-market (HRKGame) and which are authorised (Green Man Gaming) and spend accordingly. Check the live prices on each page because these deals move fast.
